Walnut Creek is a 4850+ SF 5 bed/3.5 bath 2 story contemporary lake house with a fully finished basement. Mountain Cottage - Wine Country - Dahlonega, GA
This lovely mountain cottage was carefully and thoughtfully modified in multiple design factors by the client to fit their family's needs. More SF added to the dining room along with an appropriate gable. An extra bonus room above the carport gave them much needed storage and workspace in an otherwise wasted space. Lastly, an added dormer to the rear of the upstairs allowed for a much larger 2nd bedroom and paid off instantly. This cozy home came out to close to 1700 SF after the additions while still maintaining a 3/2 floor plan. 2 bonus rooms upstairs give the kids room to keep busy while mom and dad enjoy their beautifully designed living space.
Modern Farmhouse - Wine Country - Dahlonega, GA
This modern farmhouse floor plan contains an alarming amount of space while showcasing a 4/3.5 to include a finished bonus room above the garage. This client chose each designed space wisely to maximize their use of the space. We would be remiss to fail to mention that the main accent piece of this build, the stone fireplace, was designed and built by the client, and we are incredibly proud of how their hard work paid off.
